Owner/Operator R. Dean Henry

Owner/Operator, Dean Henry, has worked in the pest control industry for over 30 years. Working for two of the largest (and in the day, well respected) national pest control companies, both as a technician and service manager; Dean witnessed a gradual decline in what he believes are the most important elements of our industry – Customer Service and Communication.

While the pest control element is, of course vital, a plan to control or eradicate the issue will often fail if a technician is not communicating with their customers. Listening to your customer's, concerns and needs is critical. Instead of customer satisfaction being job one, most of the large pest control companies are only concerned with how much revenue a technician has produced in the day. The focus has become increasing the bottom line at any cost. Typically, that means a technician does not have the time to carefully analyze a pest infestation and comprehensively address the problem or connect with their customer.

At Aahrats Pest Control we believe that providing each customer an open line of communication with their technician is a key to customer satisfaction and is our top priority. Having knowledge of insects and rodents is not good enough to provide effective service. We go one step further in every service we perform.

We have experience in working with local food processors to meet industry standards, including food safety, audit preparation and of course pest management.

Most of our initial inspections are at no charge to the customer. We offer comprehensive maintenance plans individually tailored to keep your business or home pest free.
